Customer Identification Regulation
As a regulated financial institution we are required to obtain, verify
and record information that identifies each person with whom we engage
in a transaction.
This means that, before closing a transaction, we will require, in addition
to your full legal name and principal place of business, certified copies
of your organizational documents and a form of government-issued identification
(for example, your taxpayer identification number if you are a U.S. company,
or if you are not a U.S. company, a copy of a government-issued document
showing your identification). For closely held corporations we may ask
for additional identifying information concerning the owners.
